When I was 20 years old I moved to London and started my career in the world of hospitality. I travelled the globe for the following 10 years, met interesting people, discovered incredible places and got to know many different culinary cultures. Then I arrived in Tuscany and decided to stay.
Over the past 10 years I have worked with many great people, I have been the executive chef at Monteverdi Tuscany, guest relation/chef at La Bandita and also experienced the movie world, cooking for the cast of Wes Anderson’s “The Grand Budapest Hotel”. Thanks to all of this, I learned a lot and had the chance to develop my very own idea about sustainable high-class tourism.

The world of food and wine has always been part of my life.
I grew up in the luxury hotel and catering business, learning from my parents, who were among the first in the area to open a haute cuisine restaurant and country resort.
